At BF Genetics, we are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your luxury streetwear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

  Ship the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original garment bags and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Our team will inspect the items within 5 business days of arrival; once cleared, your refund or exchange will be processed immediately to your original payment method.
